A partir de abril, el Instituto de Estad\u00edstica de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (IDECBA) reanud\u00f3 la Encuesta Hotelera (EHOBA) con un operativo propio que permite conocer las caracter\u00edsticas generales del sector.<\/span><\/p>

El objetivo del estudio es relevar la disponibilidad y ocupaci\u00f3n de habitaciones y plazas, tarifas promedio, personal ocupado y origen de las personas que se alojan en la Ciudad.<\/span><\/p>

Este operativo, que a finales de 2025 corr\u00eda riesgos de discontinuarse, se reanud\u00f3 gracias al esfuerzo de los equipos t\u00e9cnicos del instituto. En esta nueva propuesta, la EHOBA cuenta con un sistema m\u00e1s moderno y eficiente con el objetivo de reducir los tiempos de respuesta y mejorar la calidad de los datos.<\/span><\/p>

La encuesta, a 331 establecimientos, abarca un universo de hoteles categorizados de 5, 4 y 3 estrellas, apart-hoteles y hoteles boutique. Tambi\u00e9n contempla una muestra significativa de los categorizados como 1 y 2 estrellas, residenciales, sindicales y <\/span>hostels<\/span><\/i>.<\/span><\/p>

Adem\u00e1s, el IDECBA cuenta con encuestadores\/as disponibles para acompa\u00f1ar a las personas responsables de los establecimientos que necesiten asistencia al momento de completar el cuestionario.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>
